Enjoy staying in the Blacksmiths Cottage set in the grounds of the Blacksmiths Arms Pub in Naburn where you will enjoy traditional Yorkshire hospitality.

Located just 4 miles from the historic city of York you can enjoy the delights of the city with the peace and quiet of a riverside location. The beautiful location of Naburn means the cottage would suit couples looking for a romantic break as well as corporate clients looking for a home-from-home rather than a hotel room.

The cottage boasts a gallery mezzanine bedroom, with the mattress on a low bedstead, to accommodate the pitched roof above the lounge so you can watch the flickering flames of the cosy log-burning stove before drifting off to sleep. There is a well-appointed kitchen and shower room with shower, toilet and basin. Both the cottage and pub welcome our four-legged friends.

During the colder months, if you let us know your time of arrival and we will have the log burner lit ready for your arrival. We will also clean your fire and relay it ready for use during your stay!

A welcome package of tea, coffee and sugar, butter, milk and bread along with towels, bedlinen and fluffy bathrobes are provided for you.
